The Great Spotted Woodpecker Watercolour Painting

 I hope you are well wherever you are. This is my first watercolour painting of a great spotted woodpecker. Painting the bird and the wood where it rested has been a pleasure. I have also painted red-bellied woodpecker (pictures coming soon in new post). I actually didn't know that there are few types of woodpecker until I do research when searching for photos as painting reference. I recent months I discovered a new passion that is painting wood or tree trunks.The trees and the woods are beautiful creations, don't you think so?

Bracing the rain

 

Brown bear, pig, penguin, giraffe and elephant were bracing the rain. “Let’s all be strong, brace the rain and keep going,” said brown bear.
