It's Saturday evening here. I'm arranging little notes and sketches of my picture book... Everything looks pretty messy at this earlier stage. I pray for God's grace to help me to finish well and that the picture book will be beautiful and meaningful as well.

New deer watercolour painting, cherry tomato plants

It is Saturday evening here. I hope you are well whenever you are now. This is my latest watercolour painting of a deer. 

I've also bought three new watercolour brushes and they are really good quality brushes.

My cherry tomato plants are growing up at an unexpected high speed after I fed them with natural fertilizer - leftover vegetables. And I began to place the pot inside near the window after a heavy storm on recent night. Now they are happily growing up until I move them to a bigger pot soon. Let's hope I'll get to enjoy eating cherry tomatoes soon in few weeks to come. Tomatoes are good for those who have asthma. I've unknowingly experienced the goodness coming from tomatoes.

 

It is a New Day

It is a new day and it is Saturday here. I'm starting a new painting later, it is a deer watercolour painting.

Little old red bird was looking at some of my paintings and illustrations yesterday evening.

 

Imaya Burger

 I came across this video of a Japanese grandpa who run a hotdog and burger stall since he was very young. Now he is age 78. His life brought some sunshine and smile to me everytime I watch this video. And if you happen to visit Japan, don't forget to visit him and order his signature food prepared and cooked all by himself. Few years ago I worked in a Japanese restaurant as a part time crew. I personally like Japanese culture such as their politeness, arts, picture book and food. Here is the video of him (reminds me of my late father), I salute him:
