 I came across this pretty mountain blue bird recently and decided to paint it.

Behind the scene... It is always a bit nervous and excited at the same time whenever I start a new painting. What really keeps me going all these many years of painting animal and especially birds is the original passion that I have since many years ago, and as an animal lover since I was still very small.

Sometimes it's the painting that surprises me... That what watercolour painting does, one never knows. And I have really good brushes that can  create smooth and natural watercolour of the subject.
